After training at Crest BJJ Hampstead for a year and a half I decided I wanted to level up my training. So for the beginning of 2021, I did 60 BJJ sessions in just 30 days.

I tracked calories burned, what I ate, my recovery, and did my best to track my progress. At the end of it all I earned two stripes and last summer, I was promoted with my blue belt.
