Get your freaking blood checked!

For us to be the the best Men we can be for our significant others, children, co workers, employees or whoever else you serve then you need to be the best version of YOURSELF. Get your blood tested and see where you hormones are at. More than likely your Testosterone is low, Estrogen is high, and your Vitamin D is low.

Get your blood work done because knowing is half the battle..

I have been getting asked a lot of questions about my HRT regime, so I thought I would post it here for reference. Keep in mind this is MY plan prescribed by my doctor for my bloodwork. Your plan could be slightly different. I highly suggest that if you are struggling with depression, lack of recovery, poor sleep, fat gain, lack of sex drive, and/or over 30 years old I urge you to get your blood checked at a minimum!

As I said this is a tailored Hormone Replacement and Supplement plan for me. Yours could be the same or slightly different based on your blood work. With that said if you have any of those symptoms do yourself a favor and at a minimum get your blood checked. Knowing is half the battle… and all that.
